First of a series of meetings and conferences organized by the Scuderie del Quirinale on the occasion of the exhibition Picasso. Between Cubism and Classicism: 1915- 1925 curated by Olivier Bergruen with Anunciata von Lietchtenstein. With the collaboration of the Galleria W. Apolloni by Marco Fabio Apolloni, located in via Margutta 53 / b, where Picasso took his studio in 1917, the conference by Valentina Moncada focus on the creative process of the artist during his stay in Rome, culminating in the two masterpieces L'Italienne and Arlequin et femme au colier. Valentina Moncada, in the scientific committee of the exhibition, contributes with an essay in the catalogue entitled "Picasso in via Margutta: the atelier at the Studi Patrizi".
